Freight Forwarding Executive

Company: Amtrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through international sales and customer acquisition.

Contact overseas clients, importers, exporters, and business prospects.

Build and maintain relationships with international customers and logistics partners.

Coordinate import and export shipments by air, sea, and road.

Obtain freight rates and prepare quotations for customers.

Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.

Coordinate with customs brokers and service providers for smooth cargo clearance.

Prepare and verify shipping and export-import documents.

Follow up with prospects and convert sales leads into business opportunities.

Resolve customer queries, shipment delays, and operational issues.

Maintain accurate records in CRM, TMS, Excel, and other company systems.

Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and operational targets.

Requirements:




Freshers with exposure to international sales, international calling, overseas clients, or business development can apply.

Good knowledge of international shipping and export-import procedures.

Knowledge of Incoterms, freight rates, and shipping documentation will be an advantage.

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-handling, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.

Willingness to work in the US night shift.
