Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems.
- Co-ordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation of the concerns & providing Quick + Accurate solution.
- Co-ordinate & Mobilise suppliers if required for Investigation / solution
- Validation of the solution
- Validate effectiveness of solutions.
- Functional System expertise
- Collaboration with COEs and EL.
- Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
- Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements.
- Lessons Learnt deployment for the concerns.
- Technical Capability Building lessons to be deployed for TEKline / Dealership
- Benchmarking

BE / B Tech, ME / M Tech
