Designation : Senior Financial Analyst _AR (Collections Executive)

Experience : 2 Years to 5 years

Job Description & Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review the Aged Sales Ledger on a daily basis and collate the list of items to be followed up on.
- Check the overdue payment list daily and find out which clients have not yet paid their invoices.
- Handle queries from Clients to resolve billing issues, ensure payment is settled as per the due dates.
- Update the System with payment status, follow-up notes, and expected payment dates.
- Match payments received in the bank to the correct client invoices in the system.
- Save and organise remittance advice and payment proofs sent by clients.
- Work with teammates and other departments to sort out payment or invoice queries quickly.
- Escalate overdue or unresponsive accounts to the senior team member for further action.
- Escalate non-payment by client and other issues to the Team Lead/Manager in a timely manner.
- Support the team in preparing weekly collection reports.




- Assist in testing any updates made to the collections or billing system before they go live.

Qualification and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or any related field.
- Required 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Valuable communication skills — able to speak and write clearly and politely with clients.
- Basic understanding of invoices, payment terms, and accounts receivable processes.
- Comfortable using Excel for basic tracking and data entry.
- Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups without missing deadlines.
- A quick learner who can follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with difficult clients.
- Able to take up ownership/accountability for the process and work handled.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
