Job Summary

Futurex is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a solid background in the exhibition and trade fair industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for exhibitions, trade fairs and conferences.
- Generate revenue through exhibitor participation, sponsorships, branding opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and approach manufacturers, suppliers, associations,



government bodies and corporate organisations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential exhibitors, sponsors and business partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups and closures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and event-specific revenue targets.
- Lead and guide the business development and telecalling teams.
- Allocate leads, monitor team performance and support team members in closing business.
- Develop customised proposals, sponsorship packages and participation plans.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations and industry networking sessions.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat participation.
- Identify new sectors, markets and business opportunities for future exhibitions.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, design and project teams for smooth event execution.
