We are looking for an energetic and target-driven *Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor* to join our AI Digital Marketing training institute.

*Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.*
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Explain AI Digital Marketing courses, curriculum, certifications, internships, fees, and placement assistance
- Follow up consistently with interested students
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
- Invite students to attend demo sessions and counselling sessions
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in CRM or Google Sheets
- Update lead status and maintain accurate student information
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission/sales targets
- Follow up with demo attendees for enrollment
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents
- Coordinate with trainers and the marketing team




- Provide regular reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions
Required Skills:

- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Digital Marketing institutes is an advantage
- Ability to confidently communicate with students and parents
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups
- Ability to work with monthly enrollment targets
