Position:Agriculture Manager - Technical Training

Location : Visakhapatnam

Salary: 60,000/- per month

Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in agriculture projects, with a focus on regenerative agriculture, non-chemical practices, or technical support roles
- Hands-on experience working with field teams, and delivering technical support
- Exposure to biochar, carbon credit programs, or carbon farming initiatives will be an added advantage

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Agronomy, or related fields

3. Training Effectiveness & Feedback Management
4. Farm Operations & SOP Compliance
5. Stakeholder & Field Team Coordination
