Position & Location: Telecaller Executive, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:Initiate outbound calls to prospective Patients to inform them about Clearskin Clinic's services, promotions, and offers.

Appointment Scheduling:Schedule appointments for interested clients based on their preferences and the availability of our clinic's services.

Customer Inquiry Handling:Address and resolve Patient inquiries, concerns, and questions about our services. Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients.

Follow-up Calls:Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Database Management:Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during calls. Keep records of interactions and transaction

Achieve Targets:Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointment scheduling and client engagement.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including front desk staff and marketing teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills Required:




- Basic knowledge of procedures and the healthcare industry (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with prospective patients.

Work Experience & Education

Education : Any Graduation

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience on equivalent Profile
