Job Description (JD) - Account Manager (Manufacturing)

Position: Account Manager
Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Handle order processing, pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide effective solutions to meet business needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and business performance reviews.
- Track customer payments and coordinate with the finance team for collections.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and generate management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills:
- Strong account management and customer relationship skills.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and CRM software.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under deadlines.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Sales Coordination, or Customer Relationship Management within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
