- The Prospect:
ApplyBoard is seeking a CRM Systems Analyst to support one of our school partners with owning and evolving their HubSpot ecosystem, enabling high-performing recruitment, admissions, and marketing operations. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and systems—translating operational needs into scalable CRM solutions that improve conversion, productivity, and decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
- Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
- Develop process maps, user stories, and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analyses on current CRM workflows to identify inefficiencies and breakdowns
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of enhancements based on business impact and effort
- Configure and manage workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and scoring models
- Enforce governance standards including naming conventions, permissions, and data structures
- Monitor and resolve data sync issues across systems, partnering with IT as needed




- Support integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs)
- Build dashboards and reports on funnel performance, conversion, campaign ROI, and team productivity
- Support forecasting and predictive models through clean, structured data
- Perform segmentation and attribution analysis to improve targeting and engagement
- Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials for CRM users
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions for internal teams
- Drive adoption of new features, processes, and governance standards
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements

What You Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM systems, business analysis, or revenue operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub)
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and automation logic
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM reporting,
