Overview:
As the Marketing Manager for ARCA Global International School, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the school and attract students from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for creating, leading and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the school's brand image and reputation; and generate leads for achieving the admission target.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences, understand competitors, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Managing the school's website and all marketing collaterals to ensure it remains up-to-date, and engaging.
- Managing social media platforms and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Planning and organizing events, such as open houses, information sessions, partner events, branding events and expos, etc., to showcase the school's offerings.
- Collaborating with school teams,



such as the education and operation teams, to align efforts to create a great experience for the prospective parents in order to help achieve the admission goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing management with a minimum of 5 years experience. Experience within the education sector is not a prerequisite.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, CRM, search engine optimization, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate the school's value proposition.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to differentiate the school in a competitive market.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
