About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented professional to assist guests in finding and booking the perfect luxury villa. The role involves understanding guest preferences, recommending suitable properties, managing enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and personalized booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

Understand guest requirements, preferences, and budgets.

Recommend suitable villas based on guest needs.

Assist guests throughout the villa selection and booking process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.

Follow up with prospective and repeat guests.

Handle booking changes and guest concerns professionally.

Recommend premium villas and additional services when relevant.

Stay updated on villa availability, inventory, and pricing.

Maintain accurate CRM and booking records.

Coordinate with Guest Services and Operations teams.

Prepare regular activity and booking reports.

Maintain professional communication and company standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.





Confident and professional communication style.

Robust customer service and relationship-building skills.

Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in sales, hospitality, travel, or customer service is preferred.

Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Presentable, proactive, and professional personality.

Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.

Passion for luxury hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
