Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Architecture & Design- Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, web services)
- ServiceNow Integrations- Lead integrations across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps:
- Develop and maintain IntegrationHub spokes, Flow Designer, Scripted APIs
- Third-Party System Integration- Integrate with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SCCM, Intune, OpsRamp, CSM tools, and cloud platforms
