Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven HR Operations & MIS Analyst to manage HR operations, HRMS, employee data, MIS reporting, dashboards, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

This is not a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition-focused role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
- Manage attendance, leave, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Manage and analyze HR data for management reporting.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs.
- Create Excel reports using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IFERROR, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.
- Use Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Excel Dashboards for data analysis.
- Identify data discrepancies and maintain high data accuracy.
- Use ChatGPT,



Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools to improve reporting and HR process efficiency.
- Support HR process improvement and automation.

Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations & HR MIS / HR Analytics.
- Solid proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with HRMS such as GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.:
- Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience using AI tools / Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
- Power BI / Power Query / Power Automate knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. MBA/PG
