Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with different centers to collect and follow up on their book and stock requirements.
- Make regular calls to centers to check their current stock and upcoming book requirements.
- Maintain and update stock records, book requirements, and dispatch details on Google Sheets.
- Track stock movement and ensure records are updated accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organize operational documents, reports, and records on Google Drive.
- Follow up with centers regarding pending requirements and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare regular stock and requirement reports as required by the management.




- Coordinate internally to ensure books/materials are arranged and dispatched as per center requirements.
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Perform regular data entry and ensure all operational information is accurate and up to date.
- Support other day-to-day operational activities as required.

Required Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google Docs.
- Positive communication skills and confidence in making regular calls and follow-ups with centers.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with numbers.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, stock management or a similar role will be preferred.
