- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and budgeting activities.- ??? ????????????????- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities.- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.- Lead and mentor the accounts team while improving financial processes.- ???????? ?????? & ??????????????- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred).- 6+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.- Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards and compliance.- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (mandatory).- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
