Front Office Manager - 90-Room Hotel

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations of a 90-room full-service hotel in Bodh Gaya. The property features 2 restaurants, 2 large lawns, 2 banquet halls, swimming pool, spa, gym, children’s play area and board room.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Front Office operations and supervise the front desk team.
- Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, billing and guest assistance.
- Attend to guests personally, understand their requirements and resolve problems within operational constraints.
- Handle phone and walk-in enquiries, provide complete property information and pitch appropriate room/event packages and pricing.
- Handle enquiries for weddings, social functions, corporate events, conferences and group bookings.
- Conduct property show-rounds/site visits for prospective wedding and event clients.
- Understand event requirements, propose suitable venues/packages,



negotiate within approved parameters and independently close deals.
- Coordinate with senior management and F&B; for event enquiries while being capable of taking ownership of the sales process.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B;, Accounts, Maintenance and Senior Management for smooth hotel operations.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular operational, guest and enquiry-related reporting to management.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication and hospitality across all guest interactions.
- Previous experience in hotel Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong communication, negotiation and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct property tours and interact with wedding, social and corporate clients.
- Ability to negotiate and close event and group business independently.
- Working knowledge of hotel PM
