- Role Overview
- As a Senior Project Engineer - Defence, you will take ownership of the execution of live defence projects, from contract handover through design coordination, manufacturing, FAT, dispatch, installation, and commissioning. You will act as the primary technical and coordination point of contact for assigned projects, working directly with defence clients, internal engineering teams, vendors, and site personnel to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to the technical and quality standards demanded by the defence sector.




- This role is suited to an experienced engineer who can independently drive project execution, resolve technical and coordination issues on the ground, and mentor junior project engineers.
- Job Responsibility
- Own end-to-end execution of assigned defence projects — from handover through design, manufacturing, FAT, dispatch, installation, and commissioning
- Plan and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and critical milestones; proactively flag and resolve risks and delays
- Serve as the primary coordination point between design, production, procurement, quality, and the client for assigned projects
- Lead client-facing project reviews, technical discussions, and progress updates for defence accounts
- Ensure strict compliance with defence project documentation, technical specifications, and contractual requirements
