Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, referrals, exhibitions, and networking.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings with Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Purchase Managers, Admin Heads, and HR Managers.
- Present Yums Advertising's capabilities and portfolio.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

2. Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Planning
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline.
- Identify new industries and market opportunities.

4. CRM Management
- Update all leads and meetings in Zoho CRM.
- Record client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales reports.

5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities.




- Research upcoming product launches and branding opportunities.
- Stay updated on branding and advertising trends.

6. Coordination
- Work with Design, Production, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery.
- Support payment collection and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any discipline.
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in Branding, Advertising, Signage, Events, Printing, POSM, or Corporate Gifting preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,919.43 per month
