Job Title: Junior Architect / Interior Designer (Residential Projects) Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Full-time, on-site) Experience: 0-3 years (freshers with strong internship/portfolio welcome for junior level) Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture

Responsibilities:
- Assist in concept design, space planning, and detailed drawings for residential projects
- Prepare working drawings, GFC details
- Create mood boards, and client presentations
- Site visits, measurements, and coordination with contractors/vendors
- Material selection and basic BOQ support
- Coordinate with clients under senior guidance

Must-have skills:
- AutoCAD (strong)
- SketchUp + basic rendering (Lumion/V-Ray preferred)
- Photoshop / basic presentation skills
- Understanding of residential materials, codes, and construction
- Positive communication and willingness for site work

Preferred: Portfolio of residential work, knowledge of local Delhi practices.
