A. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer in pharmaceutical & Allied industry. This role requires a professional who can design, develop, and optimize HVAC systems for pharmaceutical environments, including cleanrooms and controlled manufacturing facilities.

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop HVAC systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and cleanrooms

2. Perform detailed heat load calculations and thermal analysis for critical environments

3. Create and review ducting routing plans and system design drawings

4. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and cleanroom classifications (ISO 14644)

5. Collaborate with project teams to integrate HVAC designs with other building systems

6. Prepare technical documentation, calculations, and design specifications

7. Conduct site surveys and assessments for HVAC system installations

C. Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field

2.



Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design within the pharmaceutical industry

3. Hands-on experience in ducting routing and system designs

4. Positive working knowledge of heat load preparation

5. Well-established knowledge of cleanrooms and HVAC classifications (ISO standards)

6. Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills

7. Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) integration

D. Technical Skills

1. AutoCAD (required)

2. Heat load calculation methods

3. Ducting design

4. Building information modeling (BIM) concepts

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
