Dynamics 365 CRM (Technical)
- Design, develop, and customizeMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMsolutions with focus onCustomer Service module:
- Configure and customize:
- Entities, fields, forms, views, business rules
- Workflows, Power Automate flows, SLAs, queues, case management
- Developplugins, custom workflows, and actionsusingC# and.NET:
- Create and consumeREST / Web APIs (OData)for system integrations.

Azure & Integrations
- Design and implement integrations usingAzure services, including:
- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure API Management
- Implement async / eventdriven integration patterns
- Work withAzure AD, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
