Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve monthly KPIs and lead generation targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Plan and oversee content marketing activities, including blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI from paid campaigns.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and advertising policies.




- Mentor and train team members to improve their technical and analytical skills.
- Ensure timely delivery of all digital marketing projects and campaigns.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Knowledge of WordPress, landing page optimization, and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent project management and team coordination abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing certification is pref
