Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in AutoCAD/Revit will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural drafting and detailing
- Experience in preparing working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
- Coordination with architects, engineers, and project teams
- Knowledge of building by-laws, construction standards, and drawing regulations
- Ability to prepare presentation drawings and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and working drawings as per project requirements
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for drawing updates
- Maintain drawing records and revision control
- Assist in project documentation and submission drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and standards
