_ About the role:_

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented finance professional to join General Accounting & Reporting team, with a primary focus on Payroll Accounting. The role offers solid exposure to end‑to‑end payroll accounting, internal controls, compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration, particularly with HR and Business Finance teams.

_ Your Key Responsibilities include:_
- Support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform payroll accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, and variance explanations.
- Ensure accounting and reporting comply with company accounting policies, Accounting & Finance Manual,



and SOX controls.
- Conduct detailed financial reviews and analyses to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness of payroll-related financial data.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation, explanations, and supporting schedules.
- Identify control gaps and support remediation efforts in line with internal control requirements.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Support initiatives to standardize, automate, and simplify accounting processes and systems.
- Work closely with HR, Business Finance, Payroll Operations, and other global stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth payroll accounting operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, demonstrating good collaboration skills.
- Maintain effective working relationships through regular interaction, responsiveness, and a customer‑centric mindset.
