Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Outlet Recce_
- Conduct outlet/site surveys along with vendors and branch teams.
- Capture site measurements, photographs, and observations.
- Report potential site challenges and assist in identifying practical solutions.
- 3D Coordination_
- Coordinate with the design team for preparation and finalization of 3D visualizations.
- Assist in collecting site inputs required for design approvals.
- BOQ Support_
- Assist in reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure project requirements are accurately captured.
- Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ-related clarifications.
- Work-in-Progress (WIP) Audits_
- Visit project sites to monitor execution progress.
- Verify work against approved specifications and report any deviations.
- Support timely closure of observations with vendors and internal teams.
- Final Audit & Project Closure_
- Participate in final project inspections.
- Verify completion of work as per quality standards.
- Support documentation required for project handover and closure.
- Repair Work Audits_




- Inspect repair and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Ensure repairs are completed as per approved quality standards.
- Photo Documentation_
- Capture and maintain pre
- and post-execution photographs of Fixture & Installation (F&I;) and repair works.
- Ensure timely sharing of project documentation with relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting & Documentation_
- Maintain project trackers and update audit records.
- Prepare weekly and fortnightly project status reports and presentations.
- Assist in preparing monthly completion reports and dashboards.
- Conduct market visits and share observation reports with the reporting manager.

Desired Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
- Robust observation and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
