Role Summary

The Customer Care / Retail Sales Executive will handle in-store customer interactions, assist with product sales, manage billing through Tally or POS systems, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

KRA: Task / Activities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information
- Assist customers in selecting products
- Generate invoices and manage billing through Tally / billing software:
- Handle customer queries and basic support
- Maintain sales records and daily billing reports
- Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability
- Maintain cleanliness and display of retail products

KPI: Performance Metrics
- Daily and monthly sales targets
- Billing accuracy
- Customer satisfaction
- Product knowledge and service quality
- Timely reporting and documentation

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Tally and billing systems:
- Valuable verbal communication skills
- Customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer care:
- Experience with POS systems
- Basic accounting understanding

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
