Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's Website/Software development services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Explain company services, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar sales role.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services or software sales will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales.
