Job description:
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the smooth running of client projects through accurate project tracking, coordination with internal teams, and hands-on exposure to project planning and financials. Working closely with the Project Management Lead, this role is central to ensuring our project management systems remain accurate, current, and reliable as a single source of truth. This is a learning-focused role designed to build foundational project management skills.

Internship duration: 6 Months

Please Note: We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

Job responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day upkeep of the project management tool (Microsoft Business Central), ensuring project records, timelines, milestones, and status fields are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Run regular data quality checks to identify gaps, overdue tasks, or incomplete entries,



and follow up with project owners to close them.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project updates and ensure information flows into the system promptly.
- Support the Project Management Lead in project setup activities, including creating project records, assigning codes, and maintaining accurate documentation and archives.
- Assist with scoping activities by helping compile effort estimates, deliverable lists, and timelines under guidance from senior team members.
- Prepare and circulate routine project status reports, trackers, and MIS extracts for review by the Project Management Lead.
- Support meeting coordination by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
- Escalate risks, delays, or data discrepancies to the Project Management Lead in a timely and structured manner.
