We provide career guidance, resume enhancement, interview preparation, skill development, and recruitment support across IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, and Business domains.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Associates who are passionate about helping people while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced setting.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gandhinagar Office.

Job Summary
- Explain Nike Consultant's services, programs, and pricing clearly.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with recruiters and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on U.S. job market trends and company offerings.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, tele calling, business development, customer service, or counseling is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident in handling customer objections and closing sales.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
