Job Summary

We are looking for a Hardcore Real Estate Sales Professional who understands the real estate business in depth and can independently lead the complete sales function.

This role is not for someone who has only managed a team or worked on assigned leads. We need a strong real estate business leader who understands the market, client psychology, pricing, competition, channel partners, lead conversion, site visits, negotiations and final closures.

What We Are Looking For
- Understands the real estate market inside-out.
- Can judge a client’s buying intent and requirement within the first few conversations.
- Knows how to sell location, future appreciation, lifestyle, investment potential and project value, not just price.
- Has strong command over Residential Plots, Township Projects, Land and Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Can independently handle premium and high-value clients.




- Can negotiate and close difficult deals without depending on senior management.
- Understands how competitors are selling and can create an effective counter strategy.
- Has an active network of Brokers, Dealers, Investors and Channel Partners.
- Can build, train and control a solid sales team.
- Is highly target-oriented and understands that the role is ultimately responsible for revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of company sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute aggressive but practical sales strategies.
- Lead the Sales Managers and Sales Executives and ensure individual accountability.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to final booking.
- Improve lead-to-meeting, meeting-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion.
- Personally handle serious, premium and high-value prospects.
- Conduct joint meetings and negotiations with the sales team wherever required.
