Job Title: Telecaller - Telesales

Salary: ₹15,800 - 23,000 In-Hand per Month
Incentives: ₹2,000 - ₹5,000 per Month (Performance-Based)

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain and promote relevant financial products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Skills Required
- Good sales and marketing skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.




- NBFC or financial sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with a robust interest in telesales are also welcome to apply.

Qualification
- Any Graduate Degree is mandatory.
