We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Business Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our business requirements and technical solutions. You will assist in gathering data, documenting processes, and helping the team make data-driven decisions that impact the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Assist in capturing and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or SQL to analyze datasets and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Process Mapping: Create visual diagrams and flowcharts to document current business workflows.
- Documentation: Maintain transparent documentation for project plans, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Reporting: Help build dashboards or reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Adaptability: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn new tools and business processes.
