Job Title: Sr Executive - Procurement
Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Location: Wakad
Reporting To: Head - Operations / Director
Experience: 3-4 Years (Transportation/Logistics Industry Preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Supply Chain/Operations will be an added advantage.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for operational, maintenance, and administrative requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor database to ensure the availability of reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
- Source new vendors, evaluate supplier capabilities, and on board qualified vendors as per company standards.
- Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analyses, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
- Procure transportation-related materials, including vehicle spare parts, tyres, batteries,



lubricants, maintenance consumables, safety equipment, uniforms, office supplies, and other operational requirements.
- Prepare, review, and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and procurement-related documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, pricing, responsiveness, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Stores, Finance, and other departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct market research to identify current suppliers, monitor pricing trends, and explore cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, company procedures, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
