ISCOOT Motors is a growing electric vehicle dealership committed to providing excellent customer service and a seamless showroom experience. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier & Billing Intern to support our showroom operations and gain hands-on experience in retail management.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate accurate invoices and bills for vehicle sales, accessories, spare parts, and services.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain daily billing records and payment reports.
- Assist customers at the billing counter and address basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Verify customer documents and maintain proper records.
- Update customer information and transaction details in company systems.
- Support showroom operations and administrative activities as required.




- Ensure the billing counter is organized and customer-friendly.
- Assist in preparing daily cash summaries and transaction reconciliations.
- Follow company policies regarding billing accuracy and financial procedures.

Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable numerical and record-keeping abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in billing, cashiering, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
