- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated success through campaign results, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting campaigns, and eCommerce conversion optimization.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies to improve performance while reducing acquisition costs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly US-based markets, is highly preferred.
- Advanced experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio reporting.
- Experience preparing client proposals, campaign recommendations, and pricing strategies.




- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
