We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Engineering Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG set, STP, solar plant, and other engineering systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors and AMC service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor utility consumption and assist in cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and inventory of engineering supplies.
- Attend guest maintenance requests promptly and ensure mínimal downtime.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical,



or related Engineering or Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of hotel maintenance operations will be an added advantage.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
