Senior Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivables)

Position: Senior Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivables (AR)

Location: Gurugram / Bangalore

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivables (AR) processes.
- Prepare and process customer invoices/commercial invoices accurately in SAP ERP.
- Generate and maintain Credit Notes and Debit Notes as per business requirements.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely follow-up for collections.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related queries.
- Perform accounts reconciliation and ensure accuracy in receivable balances.
- Manage inventory accounting/reconciliation and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Track customer payments and maintain aging reports.
- Ensure timely receipt allocation and account adjustments.
- Prepare AR MIS reports and collection reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth financial transactions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance AR efficiency.

Required Skills:
- Robust expertise in Accounts Receivables (AR).
- Hands-on experience in:
- Billing & Commercial Invoicing
- Credit Notes & Debit Notes
- Collections & Payment Follow-ups
- Inventory Management/Reconciliation
- Customer Account Reconciliation
- SAP ERP is mandatory.:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Good understanding of accounting principles and commercial documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter will be an added advantage.
