Job Description - Lab Technician

Job Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time / Part time
Department: Laboratory / Diagnostics

Job Responsibilities
- Collect blood, urine, stool and other clinical samples as required.
- Perform routine laboratory tests according to established procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare samples, reagents and test materials.
- Ensure accurate testing, documentation and reporting of results.
- Maintain proper patient/sample identification and records.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene and infection-control protocols.
- Perform quality-control checks and report discrepancies to the senior staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and biomedical waste.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff.




- Maintain adequate stock of laboratory consumables and reagents.

Required Qualifications
- DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant laboratory experience preferred.
- Freshers may also apply, depending on the role.
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
- Basic computer knowledge for laboratory records and reports.
