Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid campaigns.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing activities.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Create and manage monthly social media and content calendars.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO optimization.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns and improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, reels, posts, blogs and promotional campaigns.
- Track campaigns using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports for management.




- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and stay updated with current trends.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive content planning and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Team management and coordination skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
