Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to machine operators for recruitment purposes.
Maintain a database of operators, including their skills, experience, and availability.
Coordinate interviews and joining formalities with the HR and operations teams.
Build and maintain a network of skilled operators for future manpower requirements.
Update daily call reports and recruitment status in the company's records.
Meet recruitment targets within the given timelines.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software).
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Eligibility
Graduate (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in telecalling,



or customer service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience hiring machine operators, construction workers, or industrial manpower is an added advantage.
