Role Overview
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases for new features and bug fixes.
- Identify, document, and report software defects.
- Perform regression, functional, UI, and usability testing.
- Verify bug fixes before production releases.
- Test customer, restaurant, delivery, and admin workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Maintain clear testing documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Passion for learning new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Understanding of API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with SQL basics.
- Exposure to automation testing tools is an added advantage.
