Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations.
- Explain course features, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrolment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated on educational programs, industry trends, and institutional policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, customer service, or sales.





Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Preferred Experience:
- Academic Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
- Admission Counselling or EdTech: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
