Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager to oversee on-site road construction projects in Hardoi. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, planning, billing, and ensuring high-quality project delivery in alignment with specified timelines, specifications, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Planning: Manage complete in office operations, resource planning, daily execution, and site schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Billing & Quantity Surveying: Handle client billing, Running Account (RA) Bill preparation, rate analysis, and detailed quantity estimation.
- Coordination & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants, government officials, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth approvals and operations.
- Quality & Safety Control:



Enforce strict quality assurance protocols as per project specifications and maintain site safety standards.
- Manpower & Resource Management: Direct on-site engineers, labor teams, and machinery to optimize productivity and minimize material wastage.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of MoRTH specifications, CPWD norms, and modern road construction methodologies.
- Specialized Systems: Prior experience with Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) / PMC systems is highly preferred.
- Project Exposure: Proven track record working on EPC, NHAI, UPEIDA, or State PWD road projects.
- Core Competencies: Proficiency in billing, RAR preparation, quantity surveying, and cross-functional project coordination.
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
