This is a 3-month internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹8,000, with the prospect to work on a real product that helps people discover what’s happening in their city.

As an Event Research & Content Intern, you’ll be responsible for discovering upcoming events, activities, offers and interesting things happening across Ludhiana. You’ll research Instagram pages, Facebook groups, local communities, event platforms, cafés, restaurants, clubs, venues, organisers and other local sources to identify events that should be featured on CityTales.

What you'll do
- Research Instagram and Facebook to discover upcoming Ludhiana events
- Monitor local event pages, influencers, organisers, venues and businesses
- Find events across categories such as music, comedy, workshops, food, kids, fitness, exhibitions and more
- Collect and verify event details such as date, time, venue, ticket price and registration link
- Maintain event information in Google Sheets/Excel
- Share daily/weekly event discoveries with the CityTales team
- Identify new local pages,



organisers and venues that CityTales should follow
- Help build CityTales’ database of events and local experiences

What we're looking for
- Students or freshers based in Ludhiana:
- Someone who is active on Instagram and knows the local Ludhiana scene:
- Curious and naturally good at finding information
- Comfortable researching online and using Google Sheets/Excel
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Able to independently find information from multiple sources
- Interest in events, social media, local businesses and what's happening around the city

You don't need prior professional experience. What matters most is your curiosity, research ability and knowledge of social media/local happenings.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
