Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Present live and recorded Bengali news bulletins with clarity and confidence.
- Deliver breaking news accurately while maintaining professionalism.
- Read, edit, and present news scripts with proper pronunciation and diction.
- Conduct studio discussions, interviews, and special news programs.
- Coordinate with producers, reporters, assignment desk, and editorial teams.
- Stay updated on national, international, political, business, and current affairs.
- Participate in editorial meetings and contribute story ideas.
- Maintain high standards of journalistic ethics and newsroom discipline.
- Ensure accurate pronunciation and fluent presentation in Bengali.
- Represent the channel professionally during live broadcasts and special events.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies,



or any graduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Bengali News Anchor or News Presenter (Freshers with exceptional on-camera skills may also apply).
- Native or fluent proficiency in Bengali.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interviewing skills.
- Strong understanding of current affairs and news broadcasting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet newsroom deadlines.

Required Skills:
- Fluent Bengali speaking with clear pronunciation.
- Excellent camera confidence and presentation skills.
- Script reading and basic script editing.
- Knowledge of newsroom operations.
- Teamwork and coordination.
- Quick decision-making during live broadcasts.
- Qualified appearance and grooming.

Salary

As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
