About the Company

Move My Stuff is a Melbourne-based removal and delivery company offering residential and commercial relocations across metropolitan areas. The Services include house and apartment moves, office relocations, furniture deliveries for furniture brands(From the Brands warehouse to the end customer) storage solutions, and 3PL support for businesses.

Air Move is a growing on-demand moving and delivery platform serving key Australian markets, including Melbourne and Perth. It operates under Move My Stuff, an established Melbourne-based removals company with a strong presence in the Australian moving industry. This role will primarily support Air Move operations, with occasional involvement in selected operational activities for Move My Stuff as business needs require.

Role Purpose

The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics coordination,



customer communication, and issue resolution across Air Move’s & Move my Stuff's operations. The role requires someone who can work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple live jobs at once, and ensure service levels are maintained through strong communication and operational discipline. Because the operational base is in Melbourne and services extend to Perth, prior understanding of Australian logistics routing, especially in Melbourne and Perth, is highly preferred.
