Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for bulk food orders, employee meals, and regular catering requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Facility Managers, Event Organizers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client visits, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and manage B2B corporate partnerships and long-term accounts.
- Promote catering services for corporate events, conferences, parties, launches, and other events.
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for smooth catering execution.
- Handle client requirements, quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, delivery, and event setup coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regularly track business performance.




- Attend corporate networking events, exhibitions, and industry events to generate new business.
- Collect client feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Catering Sales, Hospitality, QSR, or F&B.;
- Strong experience in corporate client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue generation.
- Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and event requirements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event supervision.
