Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update 3D BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, or other BIM software.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and detailed plans from BIM models.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM execution plans and standards.
- Support engineers and project managers with quantity take-offs and documentation.
- Maintain organized model files and version control.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D.
- Solid understanding of civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Drafting.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
- BIM certification (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thoraipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Language:
- English (preferred)
