Role Overview
The SAP RTR Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing end to end Finance processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient period end close.
Key Responsibilities
. Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting & RE FX
. Manage month end and year end closing activities
. Support financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance requirements
. Work on integration with PTP, OTC, and Retail modules
. Analyze and resolve production issues and support UAT cycles
. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
. Support data migration and reconciliation activities
Required Skills:
. Robust experience in SAP Finance (FI) on S/4HANA & RE FX
. Expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
. Knowledge of Fiori finance apps
. Experience in interfaces, IDocs, and financial integrations
. Understanding of taxation and compliance
Experience
. 6-10 years in SAP Finance (RTR domain)
. At least 1 S/4HANA implementations or upgrades
. Experience with SAP Fiori
. Understanding of interfaces (IDocs, APIs, integrations)
. Exposure to Agile delivery model
. Strong stakeholder communication skills
. Experience in UAT and production support environments
. Experience working in retail, fuel, or convenience store business environments is highly desirable.
