At India Circuits Pvt. Ltd., we manufacture high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) that power a wide range of electronic products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the people and compliance challenges of a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to meet production manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities and maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic enquiries, and support legal compliance.
- Manage HR administration, attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmations, and employee records.
- Coordinate safety initiatives and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.




- Identify training needs and implement employee learning and development programs.
- Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Drive HR policies and processes that promote a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.

Desired Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven HR experience in Electronics, EMS, Automotive, Electrical, or Manufacturing industries.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.
- Experience in grievance handling, employee relations, and legal HR matters.
- Good understanding of factory administration, safety practices, and training & development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with production and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
